The empanada was beautifully cooked, the skin was golden and crispy, while the beef inside was moist and well marinaded.  The only downside was the hot sauce wasn’t too tasty

The scallops here are divine, much different to other scallops I have had.  I was almost shock to believe how apple, chorizo and scallops went so well together.  The scallops were fresh, tasty and addictive.  Having one makes you want a dozen more.

This was my least favourite.  i didn’t like the stuffing inside the suckling pig.  The taste of the stuffing was too empowering, I could hardly taste the suckling pig.  The cracklings was awful, too much seasoning on the cracklings, and it wasn’t even crispy. It was soggy and i could hardly bite on it.

The lamb was very tender and juicy.  I really enjoyed the burnt skin on the edge, it was so crispy!  The lamb texture was slightly like a braised pork belly, however i did not like the eggplant,  not a taste I find tasty.

Nomad fits perfectly in Surry Hills, it is trendy, modern yet cozy.  The restaurant is much more spacious than it looks, with a bar area at the back and main dining area at the front.

Some dishes were amazing, however some were a miss.  I like the innovation and the atmosphere, I would love to come back and try some of their other dishes.
