Verdict

Thai Iced Milk Tea – 9/10
4 in 1 Roti platter – Cheese Lover – 7/10

Guu Roti is definitely a popular cafe amongst the youngsters in Chinag Mai.  We arrived around 11am and it was packed.  We were lining up outside the restaurant for a good 20 minutes and finally got a table right by the front door and open kitchen which wasn’t too pleasant.  There were so much roti’s to choose from and we couldn’t decide so we opted for a platter, in that case we can taste atleast four different types.  However we did choose the cheese roti platter which seems to all taste like ‘cheese’.  The roti’s are freshly made in the open kitchen, really fresjh and came warm.  Despite being made freshly, it didn’t blow my mind unfortunately.  Nonetheless, the iced Thai milk tea was heavenly, it was the only iced milk tea in Chiang mai that wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet yet satisfied my thirst!

Would I go back again? Once is enough
