We decided to splash out on a more sophisticated lunch at the newly opened Flint Grill & Bar.  Located on the 5th floor of the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, Flint Grill & Bar is open for both lunch and dinner and has a captivating bar by the entrance.

First thing I noticed was how spacious Flint is, with tables apart from each other so you can have private conversations.  We both opted for the Executive Lunch Menu, the highlights were the two starters.  Tomato Salad served red onions and blue cheese dressing loaded up with plenty of rocket, all the ingredients were at its freshest.  The blue cheese dressing was flavourfull without being too rich.  The Wagyu Croquette was crunchy and juicy from the inside, served with baby swiss chard and gribiche sauce.
My Slow Cooked Iberico Pork Loin was slightly dry and tough, for next time I would definitely order the Rib Eye Steak as it was incredibly tender and flavorful!  One thing I must mention is their dessert, the Mont Blanc was it was an exceptional for a Grill and Bar restaurant, it was the quality of a patisserie, a must order!
