Pandan Coconut Cake
This is their signature cake, and unlike other Singapore Pandan cake, it is not a sponge cake. With rich Pandan cream cheese, and Kaya in the middle, sprinkled with shredded coconut on the outer layer. This cake blew my mind, and I don’t think i can go back to normal sponge pandan cake.
I ate one piece of the cake inside the cake, and took one home for my mum. They gave a cute little takeaway box and the cake was still fresh for two days in the fridge
First HK branch is located in Sheung Wan, the second branch is in Tai Kok Tsui but only a takeaway shop. Sheung Wan’s branch is a cafe with many tables and seats, serving not only cakes.
They serve many other cakes such as Chocolate Banana Expresso cake, Sea Salt Caramel Tiramisu cake etc. They also serve pasta, risotto, salads and pancakes
