As I mentioned I stumbled across this cafe by accident, however I came out being 200% satisfied and super full.  We got a table within 15minutes despite it being super full and a long queue.  Other cafes around this area was closed as it was New Years Eve (that does not happen in my country). Gosh, this place is definitely a hidden gem, the moment I stepped in and saw how the two chefs were cooking, I knew they were enthusiastic about the food they are making.  Steak and Fried Eggs was the winner dish of that day.  On the bottom you have a grilled piece of brioche, it was nicely it was buttery and super soft.  Topped up with the medium cooked steak, watercress, bacon and a fried egg.  If that does not sound good to you, what does?  Not even mentioning the sauce was tarragon bearnaise sauce, you know how creamy that is? i would come back for this over and over it again.  The Pork belly was also great, but not as mind blowing as the steak.  The pork belly skin was super crunchy and crispy, however the meat was too fat for me to eat it all.  Despite that the sides – the German potato salad and the purple Kraut was deliciously made and went s

The coffee here deserves a special mention, not only the cup was molded into a crushed plastic cup , the coffee was right to the spot! Australia does the best coffee and this place is one of the best, except the affrogato which was only average but I have never really had a mind blowing one!

Bowery to Williamsburg is definately one of the best brunches I had on my Australia trip!

Would I go back again? Yes
